*Texas-toast-with-cheese*

Fixings:

°4 cuts Texas toast or thick white bread
°1/2 c cheddar (cheddar, mozzarella or blend)
°2 c unsalted margarine
°2 garlic cloves, minced (discretionary)

*Techniques :

Preheat broiler 400°F (205°C).
Putting bread cuts on baking sheet.
In a little bowl, join the softened spread and minced garlic (if utilizing).
Spreading combination equitably on the two sides of bread cuts.
Sprinkling ground cheddar equitably over each cut.
Prepare in preheated broiler for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheddar is softened and bread is brilliant brown.
Serve hot.
