°2 1/4 tsp dry dynamic yeast
°1/4 cup warm water (110-115°F)
°1/4 cup granulated sugar
°1/4 cup liquefied spread
°1/2 cup hot milk
°1 huge egg
°3 cups regular flour
°1 teaspoon salt
°1/4 c dissolved spread (for lubing)
* Strategies :
In a huge bowl, break up the yeast in warm water and let represent 5 minutes.
Add the sugar, dissolved spread, warm milk and eggs.
Add the flour and salt and mix until a batter structures. Working batter for 5 minutes on a flour surface.
Putting batter in an oiled bowl, covering with a towel and giving ascent access warm spot for about 60 minutes.
Preheat stove 425°F (220°C). Lubed baking sheet or line with material paper.
Folding mixture into golf balls.
Put the rolls on the pre-arranged baking sheet, around 2 inches separated.
Brush the rolls with dissolved margarine and let mature for an additional 15 minutes.
Prepare the buns for 12 to 15 minutes or until brilliant brown and cooked through.
Brushing rolls with extra soften spread when they emerge from stove.
Serve the warm rolls, with extra spread as an afterthought, whenever wanted.
