SPONGY BRIOCHES 😋
Ingredients:
650g of flour
10g dry yeast
250 ml of milk
3 eggs
125g of sugar
125g butter
2g of salt
75g sour cream
20g of corn starch
30g of honey
Water
Preparation:


1. In a bowl, beat milk, eggs, melted butter, and sugar.
2. In another bowl, mix the flour, yeast and salt. Pour over the previously made mixture and knead the dough. Rest 60 min.

3. Make balls of dough and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
4. Prepare a cream of sour cream, starch and butter. Press the glass into the dough and make brioches. Put the cream on the brioches and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
5. Mix the honey and water and cover the brioches. Serve
