*Fixings :
°5 carrots, cut slantingly into 1/2-inch cut
°4 medium white potatoes, cut into reduced down pieces
°1 medium vidalia onion, cut into 8
°2 cloves garlic, diced
°6 tablespoons margarine, softened
°salt pepper
*Headings:
Preheat broiler 425 degrees.
Join carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic with softened margarine in a 8×8″ square glass dish.
Preparing with salt likewise pepper, blend.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and heat for 45 minutes.
