*fixings :

°2 enormous corroded potatoes, cut into 1-inch shapes

° 14 oz. smoked frankfurter, cut into meager cuts

°1 medium measured onion, slashed

°1/2 slashed red or green pepper

°1 minced garlic clove

° 1/4 cup of chicken stock

° 1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper

° 1/2 tsp. salt

° 1/2 tsp. Pepper

° 1/2 tsp. dried parsley or 1 TB new slashed parsley

° 2 TB of canola oil

* Techniques

In a non stick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high intensity. Add the smoked frankfurter and cook until the edges are brown. Eliminate the wieners from the skillet and put them on a plate fixed with paper towels. Add the potatoes as they cook until they start to brown and become delicate. Add onions, ringer peppers, and garlic and cook until delicate. Add the chicken stock, cover, and cook for 5-6 minutes, blending once in a while, until the potatoes are delicate. Mix in the flavoring and return the frankfurter to the skillet. Filled in as a fundamental course with vegan as an afterthought.
