2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

°250ml (2 cups) milk
°60ml (1/4 cup) spread or margarine
°2 eggs somewhat beaten
°125ml (12 cups) sugar
°5ml (1 t) ground cinnamon or nutmeg
°1 ml (1/4 t) salt
°6 cups (1.5 l) delicate bread 3D squares (around 6 cut of bread)
°125ml (12 c) raisins, to taste
°Whipped cream (weighty) to taste


1-Preheat stove 175°C (350°F). In a 2-quart (1.9-quart) pot, heat the milk and margarine over medium intensity until the spread melts and the milk is hot.
