MINI APPLE CAKES 😋
Ingredients:
2 eggs
100g of sugar
100 ml of oil
45g sour cream
Lemon zest
8g baking powder
160g of flour
1 apple
Walnuts
Preparation:
1. Pour the eggs, sugar, and lemon zest into a bowl. Whisk.
2. Add sour cream, then oil. Beat and then add flour and baking powder.
3. When well beaten, pour into baking pans. Put the chopped apple and walnuts on top.
4. Bake for 30 minutes at 160°C. Serve.
