HOMEMADE CAKE 😋
Ingredients:
250 grams of butter
300 grams of granulated sugar
150 ml of fresh milk
500 grams of flour 00
100 gr of potato starch
15 gr of baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
3 medium eggs
grains of sugar to taste
Indications:

In the mixer, mix the butter with the sugar until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Then slowly add the milk and add the sifted flour, starch and yeast.

Then add a pinch of salt, eggs and mix. Pour the mixture into the pan, add the beans and bake at 400°F (190°-200°) for 20-25 minutes.
