Fudge Double Chocolate Brownies

1 cup canola, vegetable, light olive oil, or coconut oil (see notes)

°1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
°1 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease. Put aside
In a medium/large mixing bowl, whisk together egg and brown sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Whisking oil to mixed.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour and salt. Mix until just combined.
Add the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 30-40 minutes depending on desired consistency. The lower the baking time, the softer the brownies. Removing from oven & let cool to room temperature before sliced.
