Ingredients:
1 pound cajun smoked sausage
1 pound smoked turkey sausage
2 pounds baby red potatoes, cut in half
FULL RECIPE HERE :
*Fixings:
°1 pound Cajun smoke frankfurter
°1 pound smoke turkey frankfurter
°2 pound red potatoes
°2 enormous onions, cut into pieces
°1 tablespoon Cajun zest
°½ teaspoon of salt
°1 teaspoon paprika
°½ teaspoon dark pepper
°Olive oil
*Guidelines:
-Preheat broiler to 400*
– Cut the meat into ½ inch cuts
– Cut the onion into wedges or lumps
-Place the potatoes, onions and meat in a bowl
-Blend flavors and olive oil
– Mix to join well
-Put on pre-arranged rimmed baking sheet
– Heat and dish for 45 minutes
– Decorate with parsley prior to serving
