Fried potatoes and onions❤️ does anyone here in the group still eat this?
Fried potatoes and onions
Enough peanut oil to wet the entire bottom of your pan
2 tbs unsalted sweet cream butter
1 lb Idaho Russet or Red potatoes (I like Reds – but that is just a personal preference)
📌 FULL RECIPE:
° 3-4 enormous potatoes
° 1 cut onion
° searing oil
° Green Onion Beating
° Salt/pepper to taste
Strip and meagerly cut the potatoes, around 1/3/4 thick.
Heat the oil in a carefully prepared skillet or non-stick skillet. Cautiously add the potatoes to the hot oil. Book short.
Sauté the potatoes until fresh, around 20 to 25 minutes. Try not to mix rapidly, however turn well, attempt to safeguard them and not bubble.
Not long before the potatoes begin to fresh, add the cut onions to the potatoes and keep cooking throughout the previous 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and an enhancement of green onions while you attempt to combine the flavoring as one, yet keep the potatoes as in salvageable shape as could be expected.
Decorated with green onions, presenting with ketchup and appreciate!
