This has the side effect of bolstering your mental and physical health by reducing stress levels, regulating pulse and blood pressure, and elevating your mood. It’s not an uncommon practice in Asia and Europe where it is recognised as a public health practice. It’s gaining global acclaim as an evidence-based, cost-effective and natural remedy – a ‘green prescription’ for a healthier you.

Presented by Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, In My Nature and the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance (INFTA), get your tickets to attend this event that runs on Sundays from 14 November to 12 December 2021 – 10am to 12pm, with one 3 hr session on Sun 21 Nov. It’s $35 for the two hour sessions and $45 for the three hour session at the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, Birdwood Avenue, Melbourne.

Surround yourself with biodiversity from across the globe at Melbourne Gardens. Be sure to have your vaccination passport ready as participants must be fully vaccinated to attend and provide proof of vax status. This is an outdoor activity, so please dress appropriately for weather conditions along with appropriate footwear. Bring along a mat to sit on if you don’t want to sit on the grass.
