EMPANADAS STUFFED WITH CHOCOLATE

EMPANADAS STUFFED WITH CHOCOLATE 😋
Ingredients:
120ml of milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of sugar
300 g flour
10g baking powder
Hazelnut spread, as needed


Preparation:
1. Let the sugar and baking powder dissolve in the milk (at room temperature).
2. Add the egg, oil and flour. Mix until the dough has formed.
3. Stretch the dough and cut some circles.
4. Fill them with the hazelnut cream and close them.
5. Fry them in hot oil, then coat them with sugar.
