Ingredients
For the caramel:
1 cup of sugar
40ml of water
Pudding:
7 egg whites
1 cup of sugar
Preparation:
1. Heat sugar in a pan, then add water.
2. Pour the prepared caramel into a cake pan.
3. Beat the egg whites until peaks. Then add sugar in small portions while continuing to beat.
4. Put the finished egg white mixture into a cake pan.
5. Bake in a water bath at 150°C/300°F for 25 minutes
