Dramatic horse rescue in North Smithfield, RI

The Phoenix Rising Horse Farm at 260 Pound Hill Rd. was the scene of a dramatic horse rescue around 11:30am. The horse was stuck in the mud up to it’s neck for almost an hour after getting spooked and breaking through a fence and ran into an area where there was thick, deep mud.
