CRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN 😋
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken thigh
500 ml of milk
Salt
Pepper
Spice:
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
500g of flour
80g starch
Oil
Preparation:
1. Make cuts in the chicken legs. Pour in the milk. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Mix the flour with the starch and spices. Season each leg with salt, pepper, roll in flour, then dip in water and roll in flour again. Fry.
