Creamy cucumber salad

   °3 bed. Thin slices of cucumber

   °1 ea. Thin slices of red onion

   °½ tsp. Kroger Sour Cream

   °1 tbsp. White vinegar

   °1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill

   °1 C. Granulated sugar

   °½ tsp. salt

   °¼ tsp. garlic powder

*Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt and garlic powder.

Add cucumber and red onion. Mix to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for two hours or more.
