“I’ve made meatloaf for years but never thought it was memorable. This recipe is! I had my neighbors over for dinner (it makes a lot of meatloaf) and it was hit with everyone.”
Cracker Barrel Meatloaf
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
32 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt

°2 eggs
°2/3 cup of milk
°32 Ritz biscuits, crushed
°1/2 cup chopped onion
°4 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°1 1/2 lbs ground beef
°1/2 cup of ketchup
°1/2 cup brown sugar
°1 teaspoon mustard
Preheat oven to 350.
Egg shaking. Add milk and biscuits. Stir in onions and cheese. Add minced meat. Mix well. Loaf shape.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make a topping. Pour half of the frosting over the meatloaf after 30 minutes of baking. Return the loaf to the oven for another 10 minutes of baking. Pour the remaining icing over the meatloaf, return it to the oven, and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
