CHOCOLATE CAKE

CHOCOLATE CAKE 😋
Ingredients:
250g of flour
50g cocoa powder
40g brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
110g softened butter
150g of chocolate chips
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
180ml of milk
50g dark chocolate melts
Preparation:
1. Combine flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, a teaspoon of cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add butter to the mixture and combine with the other ingredients until crumbly, then add the chocolate chips. Beat one egg with vanilla sugar and milk. Add to the previously prepared mixture and combine everything into a fine dough.
3. Coat your hands in flour, take the dough and transfer it to a 25cm pan, lined with baking paper and arrange, then cut the dough into slices. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 200 degrees, 18 minutes.
4. Serve the cake decorated with melted chocolate.
