CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 😋
Ingredients:
500g of chicken breast
A handful of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
200g of ham
200g cheese slices
cake flour
Bread crumbs
2 eggs
Indications:

1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and mix them with salt and pepper.
2. Also add the grated cheese.
3. With the chicken mixture form the blue cord.
4. Fill with ham and cheese, then top with another chicken patty.
5. Coat with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
6. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
