CHICKEN AND POTATO CAKE 😋
Ingredients:
1kg of boiled potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon salt
500g chicken
1 red bell pepper
1 green pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Butter
Pepper
Chili pepper
Grated cheese
Preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes and knead them. Add salt, butter, milk.
2. Fry the pepper. Then add the chicken and cook it.

3. Put half of the potatoes in the bottom of the pan. Then place the chicken and pepper and top with the remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with chili and cheese. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 35 minutes.
