Buttermilk biscuits & gravy sausage

°8 bits of bread rolls with milk
°1 pound pork wiener
°2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon regular baking flour
°2 1/2 cups creamer
°1 tablespoon of margarine
°1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
°1/8 teaspoon dried squashed rosemary
°1/8 teaspoon of squashed red pepper pieces
°Newly ground dark pepper to taste
Earthy colored wiener in an enormous pot. Utilize a paper towel to eliminate a large portion of the fat from the skillet.
– Add flour, margarine and creamer. Cook over medium-low intensity, blending frequently, for a few minutes, until thickened.
– Add thyme, rosemary, red pepper pieces and dark pepper.
Serve it over warm bread rolls.
