Buttery Pecan Snowball Cookies
1 cup butter softened
Full recipe :
°375 ml (1 1/2 c) ground almonds
°250 ml (1 cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
°125 ml (1/2 cup) toasted almonds, finely chopped
°250 ml (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
°500 ml (2 cups) icing sugar
Place the grill at the center of the oven. Preheat oven 180°C (350°F). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the ground almonds, flour and almonds.
