Brioche donuts

This donuts are made with a brioche donut bread, Leche filling and a Leche Flan topping. Here’s the recipe: Brioche Donuts: Dough Starter 1/2 cup warm milk 1 1/8 tsp yeast 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (Combine and let it rest for 45 minutes) 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup white sugar 1/4 tsp nutmeg 2 eggs (combine all dry ingredients and add the dough starter) 5 tbsp butter ( gradually add the butter and knead for 10 – 15 minutes) Leche Flan 1/4 cup white sugar 1/8 cup water (caramelized) 3 egg yolk 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/4 cup condensed milk Leche filling: 1 tbsp white sugar 1/2 tbsp water 2 tbsp butter 2 egg yolk 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1 tbsp All purpose Flour (dilute the cornstarch to the evaporated milk)
