Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat
½ cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion, diced
2 bay leaves

° 3 teaspoons paprika
°4.5 tablespoons Flour
°90g Margarine
°3 Onions, coarsely slashed
°5 Dl of Guinness
°4 Narrows leaves
°4 branches thyme
°1Gros leek cut
°2 carrots, diced 1 cm
°Dark pepper
°Ocean salt
*Planning steps
Cut the edge into 2.5 cm by 2.5 cm 3D shapes. Sprinkle the meat with dark pepper and paprika and blend well. Add the flour and blend.
Heat the margarine in a skillet and brown the meat. Add the onions and sauté for around 1 min. Deglaze with the Guinness, add the narrows leaves and thyme prior to covering. Bring down the intensity and stew for around 1.5 h. Mix sporadically.
Add the leeks and carrots to the stew, stew for around 1 hour more. Season with dark pepper and ocean salt
