*Fixings (3 people):
° 2 cuts of meat liver, around 160 grams each
° 4 onions
° thyme
° flour
° spread
° oil
° honey case
° 5 cl of matured wine vinegar
° salt
° pepper
*Bearings :
Strip the onion and cut into cuts. Place the skillet over low intensity with 1 teaspoon of the oil and the handle of spread, salt, pepper and disintegrated thyme, and when the onion begins to brown, add the honey and vinegar.
