PASTRY CANNOLI WITH PASTRY CREAM 😋
puff pastry roll
500 ml of milk
125 grams of sugar
45 grams of flour
3. Combine the egg yolks with the sugar and flour, then add the mixture to the milk on the stove and bring to a boil.
4. Dust the cannoli with icing sugar and bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
5.Fill with the pastry cream and serve.
