Fixings

°5 eggs

°16g baking powder

°200g powdered sugar (1 1/2 cups)

°200g margarine (3/4150 cups)

°50g potato starch

°300g flour (2 cups)

° a spot of salt

°150g of yogurt (1 cup)

°vanilla

*Technique

1. Put the fixings in a blender.

2. Blend for 3 minutes.

3. Empty the player into a cake form (22cm)

4. Heat at 180° for 40 minutes (360°F)
